Abstract: Resistance (R) genes containing nucleotide binding site (NBS) and leucine rich repeats (LRR) are the most prevalent types of resistance (R) genes in plants. The objective of this study was to isolate, identify and analyze resistance genes from disease (rust) and resistant wheat lines by PCR based strategy. Fifteen degenerate primers were designed from the conserved kinase-la and hydrophobic domains of known NBS-LRR type R-genes and from EST data bases. Four advanced resistant lines and one susceptible wheat line was selected from the trap nursery. Out of hundred primer combinations only seventy five primer combinations showed amplification. Twenty two primer combination showed differential banding pattern which were not present in highly susceptible Morocco, were cloned in TA based cloning vector and got them sequenced. Sizes of sequenced nucleotides were between 500bp to 1500bp. The cloned fragments showed their DNA sequence similarity to known resistance (R) genes of NBS-LRR family. These results indicate that identified genes are the valuable source to use as disease resistance genes or to screen wheat resistant germplasm against different types of rusts.

Abstract: The production of high purity KCl from commercial potassium chloride (96% KCl) produced at the Arab Potash Company in Jordan is investigated using Mixed-Suspension Mixed-Product-Removal crystallizer. The effect of both the residence time and the level of supersaturation on the purity of the crystalline product and on the kinetic parameters of crystallization were investigated. It was found that the purity of the produced KCl salt was adversely affected by both parameters. Nucleation rate was found to increase as the level of supersaturation increases while the growth rate was found to decrease. Both nucleation and growth rates were found to decrease as the residence time increases.

Abstract: Writing is one of the significant language skills. It is totally different from other language skills like speaking, listening, and reading. Writing ability is not attained naturally as speaking and listening happen. In order to be able to write one needs to learn to write. In addition, it is different from reading in the sense that writing is a productive skill. Therefore, it needs to be produced carefully in order to do away with all possible misunderstandings. Hedging as linguistics element is one of the main components of academic writing which can be applied to reduce the possible misunderstandings. However, not Iranian students are aware of the functions of the hedging devices. The present study attempted to compare the use of hedging devices in three fields of MBA, Law, and Molecular biology. Totally 15 academic researcher papers were selected from each of the fields and examined in terms of the number and the types of hedging devices used in them. Later, the results of the counting phase were analyzed using chi-square test. The results of the chi-square test showed that first; students of Law used the highest amount of hedges in their writing. Interestingly, they used mostly auxiliary hedges (206 examples of auxiliary hedges were found). What seemed obvious was the fact that the Law students used extravagant use of auxiliary hedges. Second, we can conclude that the students of MBA made a logical use of hedges. Their use of different types of hedges was roughly the same. However, their writing objectives may be better fulfilled if their make more use of hedges than they usually do. Finally, the students of molecular biology used the least possible amount of hedging devices. The inferential results of the study showed that the students of molecular biology used only 17% of all hedges used. Technically, such limited amount of hedges cannot be expected in academic articles. That is, the results had implications for the students of molecular biology that they needed to improve their use of hedges in their writing. The project introduced some new avenues for further research concerning the hedging devices.

Abstract: Many factors affect duration of pregnancy. And after the expected time labor is associated with complications for mothers and fetuses. World Health Organization (WHO) states that pregnancy duration is 280 days. Most studies have also defined pregnancy duration to be 281-283 days. Pregnancy duration can vary in different populations and according to a theory it depends on the cervical ripening time. According to the definition, pregnancy of 42 weeks or more (more that 294 days) is called post-term pregnancy whose incidence has been reported to be 3-12%. Various factors affect pregnancy duration. One of these factors is genetics which results in different pregnancy durations in different populations. Parity also affects pregnancy duration. According a study conducted in Swede, risk of post-term pregnancy is higher in nulliparous women. Other complications of prolonged pregnancy include Intra Uterine Growth Retardation (IUGR) and macrosomia. Intra Uterine Fetal Death (IUFD) is more common among fetuses with IUGR growth limitation that are born after 42nd week. In fact, in post dates there are growth limitations in IUFD cases [3]. Pregnancy continuation after 40 weeks is involved with a high risk of fetal mortality. Macrosomia and prolonged second phase of labor are among causes that result in atonic, need for transfusion, and an increase in infection rates. Methods ; In a historic-cohort study, 400 pregnant women (200 of 38 to 40 weeks and 200 of over 40 weeks) were studied. X2 and Mann-Whitney tests were used for data analysis through SPSS. Results ; The mean age of mothers was 23.57㊣4.33, no significant difference was observed between the two groups (P>0.05). In terms of maternal hospitalization, induction, cesarean delivery, and fetal decelerations, the two groups were significantly different (P<0.01). Conclusion ; Based on our findings, more care is necessary for the fetal deceleration, induction, cesarean delivery, and fetal me conium.

Lahore College for Women University, Lahore, ayesha.afzaal@lcwu.edu.pk

Abstract: One of the widely used components in the smart grid (SG) is an advanced metering infrastructure (AMI). The AMI is a process of two-way communication between the utility and customer through the information exchange. Some of these kinds of applications are real-time pricing and electricity consumption information by using wireless communication network. However, security is crucial since messages are broad casted via wireless channels through which hackers can capture the massages and then know the contents of the messages. Encrypting messages to cipher text is one of the methods to solve this problem but it already has many open issues regarding keys management. In this paper, a new algorithm of attack detection and avoidance is proposed by paring of smart meters and coupon passing mechanism. Simulation result shows that proposed solution not only increase the attack detection rate but also reduce the effect of attacks on a network.

Abstract: In order to improve the wireless network performance, one of the most potential solutions is the use of a number of small size cells called femtocells. One of the facilitating technologies for LTE/ LTE-A (Long Term Evolution- Advance) is the deployment of femtocellular network. As the number of femtocell increases, managing the radio resource becomes challenging due to the co existence of other femtocells and the macro cells. Also with the development of radio access techniques, the radio resource is becoming insufficient. Therefore, it is turning out to be a vital issue that how should the demands for higher data rates with limited resources is met for the evolving 4G network. Radio Resource Management (RRM) techniques involve controlling factors such as transmit power, allocation of channel, handover strategies, guarantee of data rates etc. This paper aims to highlight the RRM considerations with the perspective of LTE/ LTE-A femtocells with OFDMA radio access technology, the broader objective being to emphasize on the importance of efficient RRM techniques.

Abstract: Previous studies suggest that the quality of the parent-adolescent relationship has significant impact on the prevention of risky adolescent health behaviors such as substance abuse. We conducted this study to investigate the relationship between opium dependency in adolescence with parenting style and parents* marital satisfaction.

This is a case-control study. The subjects of the research were 150 parents of adolescents with opium abuser and 150 parents of non-opium abuser adolescents. Then Baumrind*s parenting style scale and ENRICH Marital Satisfaction Scale were employed to assess the marital satisfaction and parenting style among subjects. Mean differences between the two groups were compared using independent sample t-test. The mean age of adolescents in case and control groups were 17.63㊣3.50 and 18.32㊣2.10 years respectively (P-value=0.3). The mean ENRICH scale scores in case and control group were 123.65 ㊣17.26 and 137.71㊣21.34 respectively (P-value=0.02). The mean scores of authoritative parenting style was 15.46㊣7.27 and 18.20㊣4.83 in case and control groups respectively (P-value=0.02). The mean scores of permissive parenting style was 17.42㊣4.53 and 15.67㊣2.95 in case and control groups respectively (P-value=0.01).The parent*s marital satisfaction was significantly lower in adolescents with opium abuse. We found the significant relationship between permissive style of parenting with adolescent opium abuse and authoritative style of parenting with non- opium abuse in adolescence.

Abstract. Differential equations course plays a great role in the fundamental training of a future teacher in the aspect of the formation of a student*s scientific world view, definite level of mathematical culture, definite level of methodological culture, especially on such components as understanding of applied and practical direction of mathematics education, mastering the method of mathematical modeling, the ability to fulfill inter and correlative connections between subjects. To the components of humanitarian potential of the differential equation teaching at pedagogical schools of higher education course except the above, we relate professional-pedagogical directivity of the course, at that, in comparison with other mathematical disciplines, there are greater opportunities for full realization of professional-pedagogical directivity of education. This imposes special obligations on a teacher of differential equations course in realization of the binarity principle 每 the most adequate combination of mathematical and methodological lines.

Abstract. Modern relief-forming processes which originated not earlier than 5-6 thousand years ago are still unfinished. They are determined by particularities of geological and geomorphologic structure of the territory, climate and a number of anthropogenic factors. All processes changing morphology of earth's surface can be divided into 3 groups: natural, natural-anthropogenic and anthropogenic. Natural (endogenous and exogenous) processes take place independently from man's activity. Natural-anthropogenic are processes which are caused by economic activity of man. Anthropogenic processes are those related to direct influence of a man on earth's surface which result in relief changes. In this work we consider only natural-anthropogenic processes in the limits of Emba oil region where anthropogenic activity is especially active, because most part of oil and gas deposits are located here (39 or 40% of deposits) and anthropogenic impact on natural exogenous processes and on environment has increased.

Abstract. The entrepreneurial climate in the country can be assessed using various international ratings, such as the World Bank's Ease of Doing Business ratings and the Heritage Foundation's Economic Freedom Index. However notional various ratings and however different the methodology for their construction may be, assessments of various aspects of the entrepreneurial climate are universally oriented, close, and produce quite a realistic impression.

Abstract. In the given article authors present concrete examples of some borrowed words into Russian language from Kazakh language, pointing at the etymological origin of them. Vocabulary stock of any language borrows this or that word from other language, thereby enriching its vocabulary. To such words we refer: borrowed words, inclusions and non-equivalent lexicon. In case of borrowing into another language non-equivalent words are called exoticisms. Exoticisms are key to understanding the past of the nation*s culture. More precisely, they point realias that are peculiar to other nations* life and history. Exoticisms possess local and historical coloring. Exoticisms are considered to be loan words. Loan words are words that came from another languages, not by means of producing words peculiar to each language.

Abstract. Authors in the article touch issues of efficiency of a banking system of Kazakhstan. According to authors, it is necessary to depart from a formalistic approach of requirements to quality of a banking system. Authors considers that accession to WTO will demand from the Kazakhstan banks system approach to the global competition and the problem of creation of competitive and effective business will demand a complex of actions at the level of the state in the person of regulators and all other elements of a banking system. According to the authors, the new mechanism of interaction between the government and all elements of the banking system will involve systemic risks. If occurring in the financial marketsor on its individual segments risks are of fundamental character, for example, excess demand or excess supply of liquidity, then it will be enough for the National Bank of Kazakhstan to correct used instruments in order to reduce the overall level of risk.

Abstract. Educational process requires continuous improvement, as there is a change of priorities and social values. Scientific and technological progress is increasingly recognized as a means to achieve such a level of production that best meets the constantly rising satisfaction of human needs, the development of the spiritual wealth of the individual. Therefore, the current situation in training specialists requires a radical change in strategy and tactics of training in higher educational institution. The main characteristics of a graduate of any educational institution are its competence and mobility. In this regard, the emphasis in the study of academic disciplines is transferred to the process of cognition, the effectiveness of which depends entirely on the cognitive activity of the student. Successful achievement of this goal depends not only on what is assimilated (learning content), but also on how it is digested: individually or collectively, in authoritarian or humanistic terms, relying on attention , perception, memory or full personal potential of human through reproductive or active teaching methods.

Abstract. This article describes the synergetic model of the global economic system in the world of the capital market structure. Many scientists and economists focus on the new concept of synergy. They believe that the tools of synergy can derive an economics system based on a new path of development. It is being concluded that the methodology of economic synergy is not a problem of subordination between the market and the state. The aim is the development of the convergence of financial capital and the state. Through mechanisms that are based on the synergetic theory, a qualitative change in the system of economic security can be achieved. Modern conditions for the development of economic systems dictate the need for the development and application of a new methodology to ensure the economic security of the state. This can be the use of synergy, whose tools allow for the creation of an effective mechanism to ensure the economic security of the state in the structure of global capital markets.

Abstract. The aim of the study is to explore the mutagenic activity of triazine herbicides in the system bacteria/plant homogenate. Chlorinated triazine herbicides atrazine, propazin, simazine, cyanazine, trietazin that are inactive in direct scan, can be activated into mutagens by the used vegetable microsomal systems. Plant homogenates were prepared from 5-day-old pea germs, wheat, corn, barley, cucumber and spiderwert. In the experiment T more sensitive plasmid strains TA98 and TA100 of S.typhimurium were used. The results showed that propazin, atrazine, simazine, cyanazine and trietazin are plant promutagens and their mutagenic properties appear only in the presence of plant enzymes. The greatest activating effect had homogenates of barley and spiderwert. The relative specificity of their action was revealed: barley homogenate better activates propazin, atrazine and simazine, and homogenate of spiderwert - cyanazine and trietazin.

Abstract: Olea europaea subsp. cuspidata had been used in traditional medicine for centuries. It was used in hemorrhages treatment and fevers as a metabolism inducer and bile flow stimulator. It was also used as astringent, antiseptic and a general tonic. In the present study, phytochemical of leaves and stem extract and antimicrobial properties against 6 bacterial strains: Bacillus subtilis, methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA), Micrococcus, Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Klebsiella pneumonia using agar well diffusion method were investigated. Results showed that the effect of leaves extract was higher than that of the stems. Petroleum ether extract of the leaves and stems showed no activity against B.subtilis, MRSA and S. aureus and low activity against E. coli, K. pneumonia and P. aeruginosa. In addition leaves of O. europaea ethanol extract caused high inhibition zones against K. pneumonia, P. aeruginosa, S. aureus, E.coli, MRSA and B.subtilis. The high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) analysis indicated the presence of 15 phenolic compounds as major active constituents in the leaves (Aspartic, threonine, serine, glutamic acid, glycine, alanine, valine, methionine, isoleucine, leucine, tyrosine, phenylalanine, histidine, lysine and arginine). Analyzing using HPLC for leaves constituents, glutamic acid showed the highest concentration, 121.17 followed by Aspartic and lysine 109.51, 89.08 米g/g, respectively. The concentration of other phenolic compounds ranged from 17.61 to 77.93. Methionine was the lowest phenol compound 17.61 米g/g.

Abstract: Obvious growth of interest to studying of nonverbal communication among philosophers, psychologists, sociologists, art critics, linguists and teachers and the increased contacts between school students and students demanded change of the quality, included in educational process, information on the country and culture, society and thinking, ways and methods of activity of those people which language is learned. The most part of our difficulties in communication with representatives of other people is caused, as we know, by ignorance of elementary bases of cross-cultural contacts as a whole and nonverbal behavior, in particular. Now problems of research of nonverbal components of communication are almost out of sight of the linguistics and a technique of training in languages. The comparative analysis of two sign systems at a lesson of foreign (English) language (the native and the mastered in a context of cultures dialogue) is urged to make a contribution to the solution of this problem. Current programs for a foreign language for secondary schools and higher education institutions don't include in the content of training the concept about nonverbal means of foreign-language communication. Our supervision and the analysis of teaching and educational process both in - secondary school, and at language faculties of pedagogical higher education institutions of Kazakhstan, shows that the problem of training in nonverbal means of communication of English is insufficiently considered or is in general ignored as directly in educational process, and in the English language program. It is explained, first by that the vast majority of teachers not fully own these means and, secondly, that by or they aren't presented in modern textbooks on a technique and communication, or the attention to isn't focused at them. The developed situation speaks to a certain extent and that the problem interesting us is studied insufficiently, is very seldom mentioned in scientific works on a technique of teaching of English as foreign. At the same time it is obvious that mastering system of nonverbal means of the learned language to implement direct cross-cultural contact, to adequately understand and interpret somatic expressions in art publicistic texts, is essential to those who participates in this contact.

Investigation of rheological properties of water-in-oil emulsions

Kirill Olegovich Gumerov and Michail Konstantinovich Rogachev

National Mineral Resources University, 22-line Street, 1, Saint-Petersburg, 199106, Russian Federation

Abstract. This work is dedicated to the study of flow curve characteristics obtained from rotational viscometer for oil and water-in-oil emulsions at different temperatures and water content. Within the framework of this study an approach of carrying out was developed. Assessment shows that the formation of crude oil structures occur at a temperature lower than the reservoir temperature. It was also established that reason for the the observed effects is the formation of paraffin crystals due to the sharp increase in viscosity. Experimental studies of mixtures showed that by increasing the water content up to the point of phase inversion the viscosity anomaly of water-in-oil emulsions become more evident. The determined rheological curves for direct and reversed feeds of emulsion specify the existence of hysteresis loop in the water content of respective phase inversion, which is a characteristic of non-Newtonian / anomalous fluids.

Abstract. This article has attempted to show that the difference between Western and Eastern cultures is due to, among others, the difference in the mentality of the western and eastern person, which depends on the dominant of one of the two origins of entity: in the west - the Apollonian, in the eastern - the Dionysian . The Apollonian origin dominant led to the emergence of the original rationality, later passed into scientific rationality, to the separation of the subject of knowledge from the object in the West. Sage in the West goes into philosophy this does not happen in the East, but the sage is more vital. There comes a time when the dominant of Apollonian origin should not exist.

Abstract. Experience of oil field development indicates that during processes of well killing, as well as during their exploitation filtration characteristics of the bottomhole formation zone deteriorate gradually. The cause of this process is the use of water-based process fluids, which are most widely used at this stage of evolution of the oil industry. Alternative systems in this respect are hydrocarbon-based compositions, namely hydrophobic emulsions. This article presents results of laboratory studies and field tests of new technologies of well killing and stimulation of oil wells in well servicing using hydrophobic emulsions under field development conditions in Western Siberia. These technologies allow conserving, remediating and enhancing filtration characteristics of bottomhole formation zone during well servicing.

Abstract. In the article there are presented results of rheological studies of waterproof polymeric compounds at reservoir thermobaric conditions (high pressure and temperature). The carried-out complex of research showed that the addition of nonionic surface-active agent with hydrophobic properties provides improvement of rheological characteristics of the initial polymeric structure (decrease of critical shear stress and effective viscosity), and this action will remain at reservoir conditions (with elevated pressure and temperature). The developed polymeric compound is brought to industrial production and it is recommended to application at oilfields with low-permeable collectors.

Abstract. The article deals with the general review of unexplored material in world cultural, historical and literary heritage, devoted to the creative work of famous word painters of the XII century of the Islamic and Turkic poetic world: Zhusip Balasaguni, Kazakh Zhyrauy* of the XV-XVIII centuries, Asan kaygy, Aktamberdy, Bukhar, Shal and a poet of the beginning of the XX century Mashkhur Zhusip Kopeyuly. The problems of style peculiarities of poems of Turkic and Eastern poetry are studied on the basis on definite facts. Genre, linguistic and style varieties of Turkic poets' works are fundamentally studied in correlation with the poetry of Islamic world. Based on the analysis of works of Turkic Islamic world Zhusip Balasaguni, zhirauy of the XV-XVIII centuries and the poet Mashkhur Zhusip, genre and style peculiarities of works of kindred Turkic nations, which were not studied in the epoch of government of the Soviet Union Communist Party, were for the first time subject to critical re-evaluation purposefully and in complex. Studying the artistry of word-painters' works, we determine the individual handwritings, i.e. style: show the role of pieces in justification of genre identity, ideological and thematic peculiarities; in the course of determination of artistic peculiarities, we determine their function in development of their genre nature and reflecting the problems in modern poems of Turkic nations.

Abstract. Article is devoted to research of economic efficiency of investments into human capital. At the beginning of article there is characteristic of existing empirical researches of norms of benefit from education, made in Russia and abroad. Further on there are results of the calculation of payback of private investments to the higher education which show that in modern conditions of Russia investments in the higher education are extremely favorable. High norms of return from education and a short payback period of investments simplify the reasons of continuously accruing demand for it from population, especially young. The population education level in Russia is rather high, however the saved-up human capital is used insufficiently. Many people with higher education are compelled to take jobs which don't demand higher education. On retention of current situation there can be a decrease in those economic advantages which now gives accumulation of human capital.

Abstract. The effective way of selection of pregnant mares as producers of the gonadotropic hormones, promoting improvement of quality of preparation of a preparation of pregnant mare serum with high hormonal activity and an optimum ratio of FSH⁄LH is developed. Biological qualities of pregnant mare serum of different age and pregnancy terms - hormonal activity, a ratio of follicle-stimulating and luteinizing hormones for preparation of a hormonal biological product of PMS (pregnant mare serum) with the use of methods of diagnostics of a pregnancy of mares on mature males of lake frogs, and the immunofermental analysis for definition of a ratio of hormones in blood plasma are investigated. On a variety of activity of PMS and FSH and LH ratio in blood serum essential influence renders to the age of donor mares and their terms of a pregnancy. The influence of age of pregnant mares on FSH/LH ratio in blood serum, received from them is 0.107㊣0.046 with reliability at level of the first probability threshold (P<0.05), and influence terms of a pregnancy of donors on level of concentration of gonadotropic hormones in serum is authentic above at the significance of P<0.001 (0.447㊣0.033). The influence of age of donors on activity of PMS and on FSH/LH ratio in serum is not more than 9.9 % and 20.4 % respectively, and influence of FSH/LH ratio on activity of PMS is not less than 63.6 % and not more than 73.2 %. On the basis of the carried-out pilot studies the new way of selection of pregnant mares as producers of gonadotropic hormones is developed for production of PMS with the high activity. Thus, the optimum day for blood draw from 3-5 year donor mares is considered between 65-80 days of pregnancy. For donors of 6-8 years the best term of the period is from 60 to 75 day and for advanced age of 9 and 10 years is from 55 to 65th day of pregnancy.

Abstract. The article is dedicated to the studies of number and age structure of three populations and nine cenopopulations of a rare and endemic species from of Ile-Balkhash region, Kazakhstan, Honeysuckle Ili. The provided analyses has determined that the age spectrum maximum of cenopopulations 1-4 and 7-9 goes to average generative individuals, in cenopopulation 5 每 to vegetative individuals, in cenopopulation 6 每 to vegetative and average generative ones as well. All the populations are complex; they contain the individuals of pre-generative, generative, and post-generative states. Vital status of Honeysuckle Ili is various in those three populations. The main concern is about population No. 1 in the downstream of the Ili River, which is situated near with locality using this area for grazing. Moreover the climate conditions of the Ili River*s downstream are getting more and more arid. So, in order to save the population No. 1 of Honeysuckle Ili, it is necessary to take this territory under the control. The vital status of populations No. 2 and No. 3 is good and the process of recovery goes normally.

Abstract: Testing of software components is a critical activity in Component Based Software Engineering. The available candidate off-the-shelf components are considered to be well-tested by their designers. Still their integration within a new system may raise several problems including requirements trade-off in the context of the integrating system. Multiple test cases are generated to test the selected software components from all different aspects. Prioritization of component test case is aimed at deciding the priorities of components test case based on the required test criteria. In the proposed methodology Fuzzy Analytic Network Process (FANP) approach is used for component test case (CTC) prioritization. The method combines fuzzy and ANP process for prioritization of test cases for software components.

Abstract. Issues in agrarian history and the community have been and remain of great interest to researchers. In investigating into this subject, researchers refer to various scientific schools that have made a substantial contribution to the development of this theory. Among them, of particular note are representatives of English medieval studies in the 2nd half of the 19th century. English medieval studies occupy a leading position in the foreign historiography of the medieval history of Western Europe. Seebohm, Maine, and other authors proved that Anglo-Saxon England was dominated by communal relations and communal land law, which were long practiced in medieval England as well.

College of Computer and Information Sciences, King Saud University,Riyadh 11543, Saudi Arabia{alelaiwi }@ksu.edu.sa

Abstract: Web-based applications face many challenges, such as internal and external integration, automatically controlling and adapting internal processes based on the organizational view, and improving the Quality of Service (QoS). The aim of this study was to deploy a unified web-based platform that addresses these challenges and drives the internal execution processes of a real-life system. The King Saud University Award for Scientific Excellence (KSU-ASE) is composed of seven branches, each with its own prize to be awarded in different areas of scientific achievement. Using the KSU-ASE prize system as a case study, we proposed and developed a new framework for dynamically deploying a web-based application, based on UML analysis and design models. The framework is primarily composed of two levels: the operational and the controller level. At the operational level, we developed and implemented web-based subsystems for the different branches of the KSU-ASE prize system. The controller level is composed of three sub-components. The first component is workflow viewers, which are responsible for extracting and viewing the internal workflow processes for each of the KSU-ASE subsystems and for representing their behaviors using sequence diagrams. The structure of each system is illustrated using model每view每controller design style. The second component is the subsystem-evaluator, which verifies the execution of each subsystem using a specific test case based on a well-defined test plan. The third component is the subsystem-optimizer, which is responsible for applying the QoS criteria, such as response time, availability, and throughput. The base subsystems are internally integrated with other KSU systems, such as the KSU Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and the scientific production database.

Abstract: In the context of global transformations the man-nature interaction is undergoing considerable changes. This process is of great importance for peoples engaged in traditional activities: fishing, hunting, gathering wild plants, breeding cattle and horses. On the one hand, objective changes mean development of civilization, while on the other hand, they cause modification of traditional involvement of people into the biological system. The article presents the analysis of ※man 每 biological system§ relations on the material, obtained by the scientists, post-graduate (master) students and students of Siberian Federal University during the expedition to the selo (village) of Hordogoy (Suntarsky District, the Sakha Republic, the Russian Federation) and to the posyolok (settlement) of Essey ( Evenks District, Krasnoyarsk Krai, the Russian Federation). The result of the paper is the comparative analysis of the changes in the lifestyle of Yakuts that resulted from the industrial development of natural resources in the region. Abstract: The paper presents the main approaches to the concept of ※quality of life§: the position of objectification; the position of subjectivity; and the position that combines objective and subjective approaches. Based on the experiment in researching and modeling ethno-cultural standard of quality of life of indigenous peoples of Russia, the study of reindeer herding as the main indicator of the quality of life of indigenous peoples is proposed. The analysis of the state of reindeer herding by the indigenous peoples of Krasnoyarsk Krai has shown that this type of activity, being an ethno-preserving one, is not that much of economic, but more of a symbolic nature. This fact should certainly be taken into consideration when developing measures to support the indigenous peoples of the North.

Abstract: Medicine profession is one of the most noble professions on which the wellbeing of the society stands. A doctor is assigned with serving people and looking after their comfort. A doctor cannot assume such a high position in society and among people unless he fulfills his duties and obligations to his patients guided by his religion, medical career and the laws that countries make in this regard. Many of the laws do not provide full protection against the illegal practices made by some doctors and their assistants. These practices include violation of the ethics of the profession as the doctor's demand for medical checkups in some labs in order to get higher fees while these checkups are unnecessary. These practices may also include conduction of radio tests for a patient while the malignant disease has spread dangerously in his body. The negative practices also include remaking of recent medical examinations for gaining financial interests and prescribing certain medicines in order to have some benefits that are offered by the producing companies. It is well known that medicine is a sensitive profession related to the human body.

Abstract: Data warehouse is large repository of data. Many useful reports can be generated from data warehouse. These reports having useful information and the information will be more accurate if the report generated from large amount of data. The amount of data is directly proportional to time span, more is the time duration data will be in large volume and vice versa. For example, there will be more volume of data in an year as compare to a month. In this paper a Role Based Access technique is introduced to restrict users to summarized data. Different users may have different access authorizations to summarized data. This restriction on the basis of summarized data will improve the security because more summarized data having more information as compare to less summarized data.

Abstract: Discrete multi-criteria (DMC) optimization DSS tool was developed for water resources management of the Zarqa River Basin (ZRB) in Jordan. The basin is experiencing water management problems, undergoing fast economic expansion, land use and demographic change. Its water resources are under stress and the current demand barely met by the supply. This paper aims to present a DMC optimization decision support system (DSS) tool to evaluate the possible Pareto-optimal solutions within feasible set of 100 solutions. Various water technologies developed for the basin were be evaluated and compared (trade-offs) to arrive at a final preference ranking of the alternatives (Alt) and an eventual choice of a preferred alternative as the solution of the decision process. The study includes an interactive optimization and simulation models with related databases embedded into DMC optimization DSS tool. It also includes water technologies describing their affect on water supply, water demand, and efficiencies. In DMC optimization DSS, reference points (RP)-Pareto- approach was used to identifying an efficient ※optimal§ compromise solutions. The results obviously showed that the DMC optimization DSS tool can be utilized for selecting the efficient ※optimal§ water management solution. Reliable applications of well-integrated set of water technologies had generated feasible strategies to satisfy a set of constraints. Decision makers selected one efficient solution across 100 feasible alternatives. These tools are intended for a participatory decision making process in simulating scarce water basin system.
