Abstract: Background: Many researches show risk factors of cardiac disease in individuals suffering from chronic kidney disease(CKD).In CKD patients who are candid CABG, there are great concerns about acute kidney injury. Increase in serum Creatinine is associated with increase in morbidity and mortality in CAGB patients. Therefore, purpose of this study is investigating serum creatinine variation and GFR after oral NAC injection in CKD patients who are candid for CABG. Material and Method: 50 patients candid for CAGB were selected in blind design randomized, clinical trial in Golstan and Imam' hospitals in Ahvaz during 2010-2011. All patients had nephropathy type 2 based on kidney fund classification and had diagnostic criteria for chronic kidney diseases or it lasts for three months (GFR<90, Cr>1.5).Intervention group received 600mg oral NAC twice a day from one day before surgery to 5 days after surgery through esophagus catheter and control group received distilled water with same amount and volume. Finaly the serum creatinine, GFR and some other factors were measured. Results: There is a significant difference inserum creatinine(P=0.002), GFR(P=0.002) and BUN (P=0.034) between control and intervention groups after 5days. Conclusion: Results of this study and its comparison with other studies showed great disagreement about effect of NAC on serum creatinine but considering lack of side effects or severe changes in serum creatinine in NAC receiving patients, it can be used as a safe drug.

Abstract: In this paper proper teleparallel homothetic vectors for static cylindrically symmetric spacetime in context of teleparallel theory of gravitation has been investigated. For the purpose non diagonal tetrad of static cylindrically symmetric spacetime has been chosen and direct integration technique is applied to solve the teleparallel homothetic equations. It comes out that the above spacetime with non diagonal tetrad admit proper teleparallel homothetic vector for the special choice of metric functions.

Abstract: One of the urgent problems of modern linguistics is still a need for educational and methodical analysis of synharmonic sounds in Turkic (including Kazakh) languages. Theoretical and practical (especially teaching) research of specificity of phonological and phonetic organization of Turkic word is an important component of the general linguistic problems. Lack or insufficient research on synharmonic verbal prosody led to a "Eurocentric" and interpretation of segmental super segment of phenomena in phonetics of the Turkic languages. The results will be theoretical and illustrative supplement in section of phonetics textbooks and teaching aids on the Kazakh language.

Guaranty in International Contracts

Jamshid Javani

Correspondent Author, International Law Senior Expert

Abstract: Considering complexity of trade relations especially in international level, traders are facing a huge amount of risks hampering good performance of trade relations and in some cases making them impossible. Therefore to make sure of performance and diminish the effect of such risks both sides and compensate probable damages resulting from breach of undertakings, parties to contracts implement letters of guaranty. Letters of guaranty are issued by banks, financial institutes and insurance companies. In lexical and idiomatic terms letter of guaranty is undertaking loan of someone else or in other words undertaking to bear compensation in case the undertaken is violated. Parties to a letter of guaranty are: 1) debtor 2) guarantee (beneficiary) 3) guarantor. Letters of guaranty are the best tool to secure international contracts. In international trade, letters of guaranty are used for good performance or payment and since traders are not able to freely exercise their contractual rights and compensate damages resulting from any breach, letters of guaranty become an integral part of trade and international relations. In international trades, parties to the contracts are in a strong need to banks and financial institutes to protect them against risks threatening their contracts. Therefore, banks and financial institutes issue bank letters of guaranty to guaranty performance of parties to contracts. Letters of guaranty come out in different types: 1) Ordinary letters of guaranty 2) Bank letters of guaranty 3) Guaranty L/Cs 4) insurance premiums. Each of them is applicable under the relevant terms and conditions and governing law. Governing law is one of the main issues regarding letters of guaranty. It is widely accepted that the best type of law is the one that parties to a contract may agree on and finally this fact should be taken into consideration that such letters of guaranty encourage parties to go on trading and it flourishes economy and develops trade affairs.

Abstract: Mycoplasma synoviae is one of the most important economic challenges in keeping the chickens all over the world and particularly in Iran which leads to chronic respiratory disease in chickens and turkeys. Difference in mycoplasma synoviae methods particularly in the countries that Livestock and Poultry are vaccinated with a live vaccine is a matter of great magnitude. In this paper, 1600 serum samples of 80 broiler breeder flocks were sampled on which RSA test was carried out in the Serology Laboratory. Then sampling for PCR and DNA extraction was performed through proposed methods. The results of RSA test revealed that from among 1600 serum sample taken from 80 farms, 68 farms became positive in RSA test. In General, from 1600 obtained samples, 1327 samples were positive in RSA test, 216 samples were negative, and from 57 suspected serum samples, 31 samples were reported as positive in the one-eighth dilution. Comparison of bands, obtained from the primers VlhA-F and VlhAR2, indicates that there is a difference between different strains of Iran and the vaccine strains MS-H and standard strain in terms of size. In PCR test with external primers, MSCons -F and MSCons-R, the band 350-400 indicates presence of Mycoplasma synoviae and MS-H. In general, using the DNA-diagnosis-based methods like PCR and PCR_RLFP in order to detect the Mycoplasma synoviae directly from the laboratory tissue or strains seems necessary. These methods are able to provide the detailed results in the presence of infections mixed with several Mycoplasmas, facing with secondary bacterial infections, Mycoplasma growth inhibitor such as antibiotics, or other host factors within one to two days

Abstract. A coulter drills in the stubble of cultivator lancet feet well dug into the hard soil, loose top layer and destroys weeds. However existing studies show that for subsurface broadcasting seeding it is necessary to use the device for the distribution of seeds in subshare space. Uniformity of seeding depth is a major agricultural requirement for planting crops. When the seeds are embedded in the ground with a large spread in depth, shoots are obtained unharmonious, plants are lagging behind in their development, uneven are ripening. From the data of Suleimenov M.K. that the most even shoots in the untreated field were obtained with seed depth of 4.1 ... 5.6 cm. Balanced development of crops requires optimum depth of sowing, which under normal conditions is a grain of 4 to 8 cm seeds should be distributed evenly over the area of nutrition. With increasing depth setting in plants stem escape is formed there has been some increase in the depth setting of the tillering node, individual plants form a second, additional tillering node at the surface. Forming all these additional underground organs, plants are strongly depleted. With the increasing depth of seeding their germination is reduced as well.

Abstract. The author investigates international legislative regulation of ecological aspects of space activity. Today, because of broadening of space activity sphere and increase in number of the states which participate in it the problem of pollution of space itself and air and earth environment becomes up-to-date. The author investigates international law norms which restrict or prohibit space activity threatening global ecological security. The author points out to the absence of clarity in some provisions of international legislative acts in regard to ecological security in space. Regulation of harmful ecological effects resulted from space activity in very general form and without clear definitions gives wide opportunities for arbitrary interpretation of the norms of international legislative regulation.

Abstract. Quality of products - is one of the key tools of competition, obtaining and keeping positions at the markets. Quality management is the main part of production process. The task of QM is to check-up of quality of products in the process of production rather then finding out of defected items. Skillful realization of the principles and mechanisms of standardization, metrology, certification and quality management facilitates the process of efficient reformation of economy and integration of Kazakhstan into world community. Solution of these issues moved all developed countries to practically new stage characterized by integrated systems of quality management (IQMS) based on QSM, systems of ecological management (EMS) or system of environmental management (EMS), and professional security and health management systems (PSHMS).

Abstract. The article deals with an important question in the theory of intercultural communication; it is about the possible theoretical basis of interethnic communication studies. Interethnic communication gives modern linguistics an interesting scientific and applied material, the analysis of which reveals different aspects, problems and features of such communication. Studying interethnic communication requires an access to particular scientific positions, which allow us to identify and form a theoretical basis for such studies. In this regard, the authors of this article attempted to study some regulations of classical language - philosophy, Eurasian ideology, ethnicity theory, which could form the basis of the interethnic communication theory.

Abstract: Language embodies the uniqueness of the people, the national vision of the world and national culture [1, 2, 3, 4]. Uniqueness, originality of the language is determined by culture, mentality, “the spirit of the people”. In the study of the relationship between language, culture and ethnic consciousness the most important are the units of the language, expressing, in addition to linguistic content, and cultural knowledge. In this article – there are the names of military armor of Kazakhs. This paper is devoted to the comprehensive study of the system of traditional Kazakh weapons. Integrated approach allows us to describe military equipment in the interdisciplinary plane: at the intersection of such disciplines as history, military science, ethno-linguistics and art criticism. The article contains the terms of armaments, their traditional names in the Kazakh language and values, are described the kinds and types of weapons, their structural parts, manufacturing technology, how to use them. In addition, the system of Kazakh weapons is given in the mythological representation: structural parts of the weapon represent a model of the world. Also there described the customs and traditions associated with weapons of Kazakhs. Thus, the names of the traditional Kazakh weapons are means of national-specific development of the world. Rich information about the armed batyrs is found in the heroic epics. Therefore they stand as the material for analysis.

Abstract. In the epoch of priority and authoritarianism, the literary heritage of previous ages was analyzed only from the perspective of class character, consequently, a lot of edges turned out to be unrevealed from the perspective of authentically scientific approach. There are good reasons to assert that the obtainment of sovereignty by Kazakhstan in the beginning of 1990 of the previous century provided an opportunity to study "blank spaces" in art, including fiction. Nevertheless, incompleteness of creation of centralized fund of ancient script samples, the lack of adequate control over the storage of ancient writings and other reasons created serious obstacles for the study of literary heritage, making the problem still urgent. The article deals with the analysis of material, devoted to creative work of the famous Kazakh poet Mashkhur Zhusip Kopeev, uninvestigated in world cultural heritage and literary studies. The problems of style peculiarities of poems of Mashkhur Zhusip and his connections with the Turkic poetry of Middle Asia are studied on the basis of definite facts. Genres, linguistic and stylistic peculiarities of works of Turkic poets of Middle Asia are fundamentally studied in comparison with the works of Mashkhur Zhusip. Based on the analysis of works of Turkic poets and Mashkhur Zhusip, genre and stylistic peculiarities of works of kindred Turkic nations, which were not studied in the epoch of rule of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union, are subject to critical re-evaluation for the first time in complex and integration.

Abstract. The dwarf elm Ulmus pumila L. (Ulmaceae) is one of indigenous species of flora in Kazakhstan and forms a basis of dendroflora in virtually all settlements of the region. In the past decade, multiple outbreaks of previously unknown diseases of the small-leaved elm have been registered. In our study, by the molecular-genetic analysis it was found that the pathogens responsible for the outbreaks are microfungi belonging to the genus Fusarium – F. solani and F. oxysporum. The nucleotide sequences (ITS regions) isolated from the diseased trees showed very high similarity with the GenBank control numbers EU625403.1 and FJ478128.1 (100.0 and 99.0 % respectively). Oncoming research will focus on the search of natural microbial antagonists of the discovered phytopathogens.

Almaty University of Power Engineering & Telecommunications, Baytusynova Str. 126, Almaty, 050013, Kazakhstan

Abstract. For the analysis and design of electronic circuits, a mathematical model of possible processes that can occur in a particular circuit under consideration, is developed. As the result of this modeling differential and algebraic equations will be obtained. However, the current-voltage characteristics of nonlinear elements that make up the circuit and determine the relationship between the current and the voltage may not be set in the form of an analytical dependence. For solution of differential equations describing the processes in the circuit, it would be useful to have such dependence. Therefore, the determination of the current-voltage characteristics of non-linear elements in the form of an analytical formula is the actual problem. This article is devoted to the determination of the current-voltage characteristic of the nonlinear element (varistor) in the circuit, and solving the problem of the transient process in it, arising under external influence.

Abstract: This richly detailed study traces the shared history of Russia and Turkestan in the period of the end of the XIX century – the beginning of the XX century. An aggressive and colonizer policy from the Russian Empire in the XIX century led to the creation of Turkestani edge. The author considers the special model of court system on Turkestani territory under the Russian Empire power. This system was created by judicial authority of the imperial Russia as a combination of two systems - biev court and kaziev court. These courts were based on Sharia and a traditional common law of steppe democracy.

Abstract: The problem of food security is the top priority of the economic policy strategy of any state, the effectiveness of this solution influences social, political, and ethnic stability in society. Food security, as an integral part of national security depends considerably on public resources aimed at preventing imbalance in the market, production and social environment of the country. Formation of public resources for all types of food, public grains resources and other strategically important agricultural products in the right quantities, depending on the needs of the population, is able to provide food security. The global financial crisis that affected the agricultural sector and the economy, created a real threat to global food security, and this in turn requires a reform of existing mechanisms and development of new ones to ensure food security at the international and national levels. Economic, political, and social security in the modern world is based on three aspects of security - food, energy and finance. According to the UN, more than 925 million people around the world suffer from hunger. This represents 12.5 percent of the world population (every eighth person). Of these, the vast majority - 852 million people - live in developing countries, where 14.9 percent of the population is starving. The number of hungry people in the world remains unacceptably high. Given the current rate of the population growth, global food production must increase by 70% by 2050, while the population of the world to this time should reach 9 billion people.

Abstract. Year after year, we are seeing the increasing amount of scientific and patent data on the use of various piperidine-containing compounds as medicinal drugs. This indicates that such a group of synthons has good prospects for searching new biologically active compounds based on them [1, 2 and 3]. This paper contains the findings of synthesizing new piperidinous heterocyclic compounds for creating medicinal drugs due to their high biological activity. The structure and characteristics of synthesized compounds were analyzed using IR and NMR (1H and 13C) spectroscopy. Nonpathogenic microbial strain tests detected new active substances with good prospects. These compounds can take part in additional tests on detecting antimicrobial activity in a wider range of microorganisms.

Abstract. The article focuses on the Kazakh novel, in which he analyzed the new facets of artistic quest of the Kazakh writer. In Kazakh literature, the process of origination and establishment of the classical literature begins too. The start of the process of formation of Kazakh novel as a special genre of prose was put by the works: “Baqytsyz Jamal” by M. Dulatov, “Qyz koereligi” (Viewing of the Bride) by T. Zhomartbayev, “Qalyng mal” (Dowry) by S. Kobeyev, “Qamar sulu” by S. Toraigyrov. No doubt, these writers created these works and relied on those literary traditions that were learned by them in Russian and World Oriental Literature.

Abstract. At the end of the 20th -at the beginning of the 21st century Kazakhstan society enters a new stage of the development. The pluralism in the relation to earlier formed basic categories in a literature science (class character, socialist realism, etc.) opened a way to inconsistent sights in evaluation of history of the modern literature development. Together with change of perception of the literature role in a society, the active attitude to new forms, ways and means of the validity image the new scientific-theoretical approaches and principles of studying of literary process are fulfilled. Revealing of laws of the literature science development, determination of its methodological concepts, theoretical bases and directions of research, achievements and prospects is rather actual problem.

Abstract. There is a wide process of considering the language in interconnection with other scientific spheres in linguistics. The language is not only the means of relation, it is not the unit of appearing the thought, it is the means of that give possibility to cognate the truth world through language by its cognitive quality. The human being cognates the nature of the truth world and different phenomenon by implementing the mechanisms of language cognition according to such activity of the language. According to this, the description of researching the cognitive mechanisms (cognitive mechanisms) of the nature of the truth world of human being is the main actuality of cognitive linguistic direction of present linguistics by using language. From this point, the human being takes possibility to cognate the simple, scientific, poetic, aesthetic shape of the world by language.

Abstract: Buffalo’s uterine mycotic flora has not been studied too much yet. The aim of current study is to investigate fungi in uterine of healthy buffaloes with the history of uterine disorders like metritis. Uterine lavage was done in 100 buffaloes (50 healthy and 50 problematic). Samples were cultured in Subro Glucose agar medium and Chloramphenicol in 28for 2 weeks. For more identification of fungi, Corn Meal Tween 80 agar medium and Chapex dox agar were used. The data were analyzed by Chi-square test in SPSS software. Fungi colonies were isolated from 20% (10) and 26% (13) of healthy and problematic buffalo cows, respectively and the difference was significant (p<0.05). The most prevalent fungi in buffaloes with uterine disorders were Aspergillus fumigatus and Penicillium spp., respectively. Mucur was dominant in healthy uterine. Uterine disorders may predispose uterine mycotic infections in buffaloes and lead to subfertility.

Abstract: Breast cancer is among the most common causes of cancer deaths in women. Recently, phytochemicals and their effects on the prevention and treatment of cancer have drawn a lot of attention. According to previous research, Matricaria chamomilla is a source of phytochemicals that have anticancer effects. In this research, the cytotoxic effects of the hydroalcoholic extract of Matricaria chamomilla root on the MCF-7 breast cancer cell line were investigated. Materials and Methods: The MCF-7 cells were treated for 24, 48 and 72 hours with different concentrations (200-2000) of Matricaria chamomilla root extract in DMEM (Dulbecco’s Modified Eagle’s Medium) culture medium containing of Fetal Bovine Serum 10% (FBS). The half maximal inhibitory concentration (IC50) was assayed by MTT method. Cell colony formation was also determined in percentage through a clonogenic assay. In this assay, a total of 1000 cells of the MCF-7 cell line were put in the wells of a 6-well plate and after 24 hours every well was treated with dosages of extract varying from 100 to 800 (). Nine days following the treatment, the percentage of colony formation was measured. Results: The MCF-7 cells exposed to different dosages of Matricaria chamomilla root extract demonstrated 50% cell death after 24, 48 and 72 hours with 19544.2 (µg/ml), 17005.1 (µg/ml), and 15605.3 (µg/ml) dosages, respectively. In addition, a drop in cell colony formation was observed. Conclusion: The results indicated that Matricaria chamomilla root extract is cytotoxic to the MCF-7 breast cancer cell line. In order to study the effects of Matricaria chamomilla root extract on cell colony formation a clonogenic assay was performed. The assay revealed a decline in colony formation. Seemingly, Matricaria chamomilla root extract can contribute to the prevention or treatment of breast cancer. Hence, more studies can be conducted to use proper dosages of active ingredients of this substance for prevention or treatment of breast cancer.

Abstract: The objectives of this study were to estimate genetic parameters, six parameters, heritability, heterosis, loss of vigros and study the role of maternal effects in berseem isolated distances. Mean analysis was used to estimate magnitude of genetic variance component, the epistatic interaction and mode of inheritance in berseem clover populations. Three crosses and their reciprocals were conducted in field and greenhouse at the Agricultural Research Station at Giza during three winter seasons. Seven generations and their reciprocals were formulated by manual hybridization and subjected to generation mean analysis, plant-1, for detecting the gene effects responsible for inheritance of the plant height, number of tillers, fresh and dry weight across parents and hybrid generations. Significant differences were computed among generations viz, P1, P2, F1, F2, F3, BC1 (P1xF1) and BC2 (P2xF1) for the most of the studied traits in the three crosses and their reciprocals. The contributions of epitasis to the additive, dominance and interaction genetic variances were specified. Duplicate epistasis (that cause lower heteroses value) was prevailing for all studied traits in the three crosses and their reciprocals. Epistasis made substantial contributions to each of these variance components. Low values of (h2n) in crosses of Miskawi male parent x Fahl female parent were observed for all traits except Giza-6 x Fahl in plant height mean (0.57). ((h2b) was highly significant for multi-cut berseem cultivars as female parent in crosses with Fahl for Hatour with respect to plant height and fresh weight (0.90 and 0.84, respectively) and for Giza-6 with respect to average number of tillers (0.84). All crosses (Miskawi as female x Fahl as male) and traits showed highly significant (HBp). Also reciprocals recorded the same performance for heterosis across all traits except for (Giza-6 and Hatour) with respect to plant height and for Giza-6 fresh weight. Total fresh and dry yield recorded highly depression of Giza as female parent x Fahl (68.98 and 69.18%, respectively), while Hatour as female parent x Fahl had the best performance without losses in vigor's (-10.34 and -9.36%), respectively. The (CVG) values were close to (CVP) values, suggested low effects of environments and high genetic expression for all studied traits. Maternal genetic effects influenced traits throughout fresh and dry yield, including high significant direct and maternal additive genetic correlations within and between traits through cross generations. The force of maternal effects in berseem cultivars sustains the harmonious structure of population gene pool within each cultivar, enabling us to reduce isolation distance of foundation and breeder seed propagation.

Abstract: Rheumatoid Arthritis is a chronic inflammatory disease characterized by hyperplasia of the synovium and excessive cellular infiltration, which leads to progressive joint destruction. We analyzed, interleukin 16 (IL16), in relation to disease activity to characterize its biologic function in RA. Secreted IL-16 was measured by enzyme immunoassay in sera from 30 RA patients and 30 healthy controls. And also, in synovial fluid (SF) from 16 RA patients and 15 patients with non- RA synovitis as controls. IL-16 expression in peripheral mononuclear cells (PBMC) was characterized by flow cytometric analysis after intracellular cytokine staining for IL-16. In synovial tissue specimens, both were done:- immunohistochemistry for localization of IL-16, and histopathology, in which the tissue scored semiquantitatively for synovial hyperplasia and cellular infiltration. IL-16 was detected at significantly higher levels in sera and sf of RA patients in comparison to HC and non-RA synovitis (P < 0.001 and P < 0.0001 respectively). Also, IL-16 was detected significantly higher in SF in comparison to sera in RA patients (P < 0.001). Flow cytometry of PBMC showed that a great proportion of both CD4+ and CD8+ cells expressed IL-16 protein. Also, immunohistochemistry revealed more CD4+ and less frequency of CD8+ cells in synovial infiltration. A significant correlation between IL-16 expression and local inflammatory activity could not be established (P > 0.21) by microscopic analysis of the synovial cells infiltrate. In addition, no significant association was observed between serum, sf, and synovial tissue expression of IL -16 and clinical disease activity in RA (P > 0. 61, P > 0.51, and P > 0. 42 respectively). This indicated that, IL-16 played a regulatory rather than a proinflammatory role in the immunopathogenesis of RA.
